Option #1: Torrents
I think this is the easiest and most convenient option. The torrent program that most people seem to prefer is uTorrent. Once you download the torrent program, you can then partake in downloading torrent files. Torrents aren't as popular as they used to be, but there's one good active torrent that still remains:
• Bundle containing FF 7-9, Anthology, Origins, Chronicles, Tactics (all NTSC) - 5.7 GB
This bundled torrent is pretty large. It could take a couple hours or even all day to download.
Option #2: ROM Websites
A couple ROM sites in my links have PlayStation 1 games. Those websites, though, are kind of annoying to browse with all the ads. I still recommend the torrent option above.
Option #3: Reddit
You can try doing a Google search for “reddit download playstation isos” or “reddit download psx isos”, and search Reddit threads to see if anyone posted some good places to download PlayStation 1 games.
